Was reading thru the Tx rules and I wanted to ask a few questions.....

- Although we know it is much safer to ride with a life jacket,There is no penalties or points deducted for not wearing one while the big motor is running? Do you at least need one on board for each member?
-100 yds from the launch is acceptable distance to be counted as "back at the ramp" a slong as you are not fishing?
-No penalties for receiving any kind of ticket while on the water/DEP,speeding,etc....

Not trying to be a Bitch, just wanted some clarificashe.......

Life vest not required to wear if you don't carry then you like to pay fines that is up to you!
100 yards and in sight not fishing and coming in is fine.
Tickets are personal issue and does not affect competition so they mean nothing to the club.

Okay look at the new wild bill of Outcast I thought we were not allowing him in this club!

Thanks for clearing that up Kenny.
I do think it is wise to wear a life vest when running the big motor or even in rough water up at the front and I always do.Just wanted to know if it was mandatory.
