Im beginning to think my motor does not like 89octane & fuel additives..last 3 trips out I put 87 & no additives, & she has been running ALOT better.

JP, use ONLY 87 Octane gasoline!
Higher Octane than that is not good for an outboard.
You should use fuel treatment to help with the effects of Ethanol. Also Carbon Guard every other fill up.
