It was a blustery day to say the least the wind was howling out of the west northwest. Last of High tide. The rips did not set up as usual. To get to the "rips" we took a hike and a half down the beach. We did all catch a few bluefish but did not see the stripers and weakfish i wanted to target. Besides from being exhausted i think we had a good time.

Nice pictures Mike thanks for taking them! I had a good time today however I was not expecting to walk a mile in each direction through the sand! It was good to see Greg a.k.a. Furio today! We all caught a couple of Blues and I was home before noon! I must add that Mike and Mike knew I was having a hard time with the walk and stayed with me, thanks guys!

Kenny I brought you along to have fun, wouldn't leave you behind. Sorry for the hike. I found a new place to try with no walk. We'll have to get out and do an open water bait trip with the trucks close by and maybe even a BBQ. That bacon that camper was cooking sent me over the edge with hunger that morning.
