When did cutoff date start? It's always been if you never registered and either said so late or showed up you became the starting boat.

I think that's what it is Mike. I just think it means that the cut off for registering means that you're definitely the starter boat. Let's see if Kenny answers if not we'll talk about it at the tournament.

I am responsible for the permits and answering to the authorities who issue them, as well as ramp owners and so forth!
Therefore it means you can't just show up unannounced anymore! Register before the cutoff or you are out for the event!
Everybody is a grown up and has to accept that little bit of a responsibility, it's not asking much! And by the same token I would like to know if someone is not going that has registered, communications nowadays is very simple, would you not agree?
