Old guys should retire? You "so called" young guys 
need to realize that the club would not exist for very long if left to you lazy guys to run, because you would have to do things beside sit on the sidelines and bitch about what you want to happen!
I remember at least 5 or 6 Long Island based Bass clubs that no longer exist because of that kind of attitude and lazy ass "so called" young guys!
