I will be in touch with the tournament committee tomorrow regarding the weather and if it could hurt us trying to get home from Oscawana. If the winds pick up we may not be able to tow across any bridges to get home and that would be a cluster fuck.
As much as I hate to consider this, let me hear your thoughts on canceling this tournament!
This is not a joke!

I agree with your concerns Kenny..It may be nice early in the day and turn into a total mess by midday,Totally unpredictable...May not be worth the risk...
I am contemplating as of last night that I may opt out to be home and prepare for the worst so my house and family and others I know are ready just in case this thing slams us hard...Saturday morning would be the time for this with working all week....

Let me know what you guys decide...'Wood

Reports still say late Sat. night 9:00 pm would be the start with the brunt of the storm being Sunday from 12-5 pm. Why don't we go and on the water make it a 7 hour tourney if the wind picks up.

It is supposed to be in north carolina at 2 pm tomorrow and affect us after midnight. I think we will be fine. Leaving ramp by 3 .....hopefully home by 5. I say leave it as is. If we were fishing sunday then obviously that would be canceled. Ill probably wade on sunday.

I thing if u have the time to prepare your homes and family for this storm it would be ok. but just remember mother nature could be a mother fucker i would hate to get stuck out there and have my wife and family go threw the storm alone.
