I think it should be first to sign on with a partner should be able to fish. And after the first 10 whoever signs up should be on standby ,just a thought. Lets talk it out at the meeting.

Only true fair way is to draw who is a boater...so if we have 11 boats draw the top 10..then draw there partner or team up after..also there should be consequences if you sign up then dont fish..jmho
