Atlantic Bass Anglers had their season open at Candlewood last weekend. They fished for 2 days. Top weight for the tourney was 32 lbs. That is 10 fish each for the partners. One thing to note Pat X caught 2 of the 3 lunkers. I included a picture of the 8 pounder. Can't wait for next Friday.

Iwas taling to Sean JR last night (Pats partner) and he said they new it was a big fish but not how big. They did not see it until it was right at the net. A quick scoop and it was in the boat . A few seconds of silence and then a big holy shit. Most of the fish caught at this tx were the 2 lb cookie cutter smallmouth. So we should see a big change in that with the big girls moving up. Most people caught 25 to 30 thirty fish a day. This is going to be a good one guys . Friday will not get here soon enough. Mike
